Refund Policy

Before billing begins

Runviyo is not currently processing subscription payments. This policy will apply when live checkout is activated.

Subscription refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of a first subscription charge if the paid service did not work as described. Renewals are normally non-refundable after the new billing period begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is issued.
